At Lappyfy, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, so we have a simple Cancellation Policy in place.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

1. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.
2. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@lappyfy.in or call +91 84210 19184 with your Order ID.
3. If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

1. Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. However, you may request a return or replacement under our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

1. If you wish to cancel a COD order, please inform us before dispatch.
2. Repeated COD order cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Your order cannot be cancelled if:

1. The product has already been dispatched or delivered.
2. The request is made after 24 hours of order placement.
3. It falls under a customized/bulk order request.
