At Lappyfy, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We deal in certified refurbished laptops, desktops, MacBooks, and accessories. Every product goes through quality testing and inspection before dispatch. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms for returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Product received is physically damaged during delivery
  2. Wrong product delivered
  3. Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  4. Major hardware issue reported within the return window
  5. Product significantly differs from description/specifications

To qualify for return:

  1. Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Unboxing video is mandatory for physical damage or wrong product claims
  3. Product must be in original condition with charger, accessories, invoice, and packaging
  4. Security seal and warranty stickers should be intact

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted if:

  1. Physical damage caused after delivery
  2. Liquid damage, burns, voltage fluctuations
  3. Customer mishandling or unauthorized repair
  4. Missing accessories or damaged packaging
  5. Software-related complaints after setup
  6. Battery backup variation within acceptable refurbished standards
  7. Change of mind after purchase
  8. Customized/Upgraded orders

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  1. Replacement product is unavailable
  2. Order is cancelled before shipping
  3. Product fails QC after return inspection
  4. Genuine non-repairable issue confirmed by Lappyfy technical team

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
  2. Amount will be refunded to original payment method or bank account
  3. COD charges, shipping charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable

6. Replacement Policy

Lappyfy primarily follows a Replacement First Policy.

If any hardware issue occurs within the return period:

  1. Product will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model
  2. Replacement depends on stock availability
  3. Cosmetic differences may exist in refurbished products

7. Warranty Support

Lappyfy provides warranty support on eligible products as mentioned on the product page and invoice. (Lappyfy)

Warranty Covers:

  1. Motherboard issues
  2. SSD/RAM failure
  3. Display issues (technical faults only)
  4. Hardware malfunction under normal usage

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  1. Physical or liquid damage
  2. Battery wear over time
  3. Adapter/cable damage due to misuse
  4. Software corruption/virus issues

8. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  2. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  3. Refund for prepaid cancelled orders is processed within 3–7 working days
