Refurbished Product Disclaimer

1. Refurbished laptops are pre-owned devices restored to full working condition.
2. Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, or signs of usage may be present depending on grading (A++, A+, B Grade).
3. All devices undergo a 40+ point quality inspection before sale.
4. Specifications listed on the website are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Lappyfy® does not guarantee that refurbished products will appear identical to brand-new items.

3. Pricing & Payments

1. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
4. EMI or pay-later options are subject to third-party approval.
5. GST invoices are provided where applicable.

Lappyfy® reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

4. Warranty Policy

1. Refurbished laptops come with 6–12 months warranty depending on the model.
2. Warranty covers hardware defects not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surge, or misuse.
3. Warranty does not cover software corruption caused by external downloads.
4. Physical damage voids warranty.
5. Customer must provide invoice for warranty claims.

Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or part replacement at Lappyfy® discretion.

5. Rental Terms

For laptop rental services:

1. Rental period must be agreed upon before dispatch.
2. Security deposit may be required.
3. Late returns may incur additional charges.
4. Devices must be returned in original working condition.
5. Physical damage during rental will be chargeable.

6. Repair & Service Terms

1. Repair timelines may vary based on issue complexity.
2. Data loss during repair is not the responsibility of Lappyfy®.
3. Customers are advised to backup data before service.
4. Replacement parts may be original or equivalent grade.

Repair estimates must be approved before work begins.

7. Exchange & Buyback Policy

1. Laptop exchange value is determined after inspection.
2. Final value may differ from initial estimate.
3. Dead laptops may be purchased for parts or recycling.
4. Corporate bulk purchases require physical evaluation.

Lappyfy® reserves the right to refuse devices that do not meet eligibility criteria.

8. Shipping & Delivery

2. Delivery timelines depend on location.
3. Delays due to courier services are beyond company control.
4. Customers must check product condition upon delivery.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds
