At Lappyfy®, we are committed to delivering your refurbished laptops and accessories safely, quickly, and securely across India. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, timelines, charges, and responsibilities for online and offline orders.

By placing an order with Lappyfy®, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Shipping Coverage Area

Lappyfy® provides Pan-India shipping for:

  1. Refurbished laptops
  2. Laptop accessories
  3. Bulk corporate orders
  4. Replacement devices

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  3. Bulk or customized upgrade orders may take additional processing time.

Customers will receive order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on location:

  1. Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  2. Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  3. Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  1. Free shipping may be available on selected products.
  2. Standard shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
  3. Express delivery options may incur additional charges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Lappyfy®’s error.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  1. A tracking ID will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  2. Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

If you face tracking issues, contact our support team.

6. Packaging & Safety

All laptops are securely packed using:

  1. Protective bubble wrapping
  2. Foam cushioning
  3. Hard carton boxes
  4. Tamper-proof sealing

We ensure safe packaging to minimize transit damage.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  1. Orders require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  2. Customers must inspect the package before accepting it.
  3. If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery or record video proof immediately.

Important: Customers must record an unboxing video to claim any transit damage or missing items.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Lappyfy® is not responsible for delays caused by:

  1. Natural disasters
  2. Government restrictions
  3. Pandemic-related disruptions
  4. Transport strikes
  5. Courier partner delays

We will, however, provide full support in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.

9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  1. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  2. Delivery delays may occur.
  3. Lappyfy® is not liable for loss due to incorrect address entry.

10. Bulk & Corporate Orders Shipping

For bulk laptop orders:

  1. Shipping timelines may vary depending on quantity.
  2. Delivery schedule will be shared in advance.
  3. Installation support (if applicable) will be coordinated separately.

11. International Shipping

Currently, Lappyfy® ships only within India unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate export orders.

12. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is:

Damaged:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share unboxing video and photos.

Lost in Transit:

  1. We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
  2. Resolution may take 5–10 business days.

Replacement or refund will be processed after investigation approval.

13. Offline Store Pickup Option

Customers may choose:

  1. Direct store pickup (if available)
  2. Same-day pickup after confirmation

Valid ID and order confirmation may be required during collection.
