Returns & Replacement Eligibility

1. You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
2. The laptop received is damaged in transit.
3. The product is not functioning as promised (dead on arrival).
4. You received the wrong product compared to your order.
5. To be eligible, the product must be:
6. In its original condition, with no physical damage caused by the customer.
7. Packed in its original packaging with all accessories (charger, adapter, etc.).

Refund Process

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet).
3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after verifying your bank details.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds/returns will not be applicable if:

1. The laptop shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
2. The issue is due to software installation, viruses, or user modifications.
3. The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Warranty Coverage (Post 7 Days)

1. After the 7-day return window, your laptop will continue to be covered under Lappyfy Warranty (up to 1 year depending on your product).
2. In case of issues, our team will provide repair or replacement services as per warranty terms.
